Return Policy
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. All returns must be approved by our customer service team before the item is shipped back. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all parts, accessories, tags, and packaging.
If the return is not the result of damaged or defective merchandise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Exchanges will be processed once the returned product is received, inspected, and the reshipping fee is paid.
Return shipping fees will only be reimbursed if the return is due to our error or defective merchandise, up to a maximum of 50% of the product value. A shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for returns not caused by our error.
For Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
Please keep the outer box, bubble wrap, and packing slip, as all materials may be required for carrier or warehouse investigation.
For missing products or incorrect quantities, an unboxing video is required. Photos or other formats cannot be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds or reshipments cannot be issued if the delivery failed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
To request a return, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request. After your request is approved, we will provide the return address. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments; using a tracked and insured method is recommended.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Eligible refunds will be issued as follows:
• Full refund if the return was due to our error.
• Partial refund (shipping fee deducted) if the return was not due to our error.
Refunds are processed within 7 days and returned to the original payment method.
Items purchased on discount or promotion are not eligible for refunds.
Order Cancellation or Change
Requests for order cancellation or changes must be submitted immediately after receiving the confirmation email. If the order is already processing or fulfilled, changes cannot be made.
Because international shipping involves high logistics and customs costs, please review your order details carefully before submitting. If cancellation or return is needed after fulfillment, customers will be responsible for round-trip shipping fees and any applicable customs fees.
